Meet The Doctors

Dr. Rachel Wozniak

Dr. Wozniak grew up in Milwaukee, WI and completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh where she graduated with honors. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with the highest honors from The College of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, which was named the best dental school in the country. Dr. Wozniak enjoys educating her patients about their oral health and also transforming smiles with beautiful aesthetic restorations.

She has substantial experience with many procedures and is highly skilled in providing a wide range of advanced dental services from Dental Implants, to Botox and same-day Dental Crowns. She understands how important it is to care for each person as an individual, and she takes the time to listen to their unique concerns and questions. Dr. Wozniak brings a new level of care and professionalism to Marinette, WI, which has earned her lasting and trusting relationships with her patients and their families. At Great Blue Dental, Dr. Wozniak and her team focus on creating a relaxing, warm, and friendly atmosphere, and an exceptional patient experience.

When she is not helping people with their smiles, Dr. Wozniak loves many outdoor activities such as camping, biking, and boating with her family and friends. She is very adventurous and is always exploring new places with her husband Jesse and their miniature husky, Taz.

Dr. Kevin Ladesic

Over the past 30 years, Dr. Kevin Ladesic has developed a reputation as one of the top dental providers in the Midwest. While he has advanced training in general and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Ladesic is also passionate about the areas of neuromuscular dentistry and treatment of snoring and sleep apnea (dental sleep medicine).

After graduating from Loyola University School of Dentistry, Dr. Ladesic spent 8 years serving in the United States Navy Dental Corps. Among his many areas of continuing education, Dr. Ladesic has trained at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies regularly for over 20 years. Among his other professional affiliations are the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.

Dr. Ladesic’s philosophy of care is to ensure that his patients receive more than just a beautiful smile. His goal is to treat each patient like family and improve the overall health of his patients by addressing such neuromuscular issues as bite alignment, posture, snoring, and sleep apnea. When he is not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Pam, children and grandchildren. He is very involved with church activities and enjoys drawing, painting and cooking.

Meet The Team

Amber

Amber, graduated from NWTC in Green Bay May of 2020 with her Associate degree in Dental Hygiene. She has a wealth of knowledge and chairside experience.

She is passionate about educating her patients and giving them their best smile, they deserve.

In her spare time, she loves being outdoors and spending time with family, friends, fiancé and favorite doodle pup, Ellie.

Brooke

Brooke is one of our amazing Dental Hygienists! Her goal is to educate her patients based on their individual oral health needs and wants.

Brooke also strives to give her patients a great dental experience as you will see from the compassionate care she provides to each individual she sees.

Outside of the office, she enjoys being outside fishing and hunting up north with her husband and family. Brooke also loves being outside walking and playing with her beautiful mini goldendoodle and 2 kiddos!

Jenna

Jenna, a graduate of NWTC in Green Bay, recently joined our team as a highly trained Dental Hygienist.

Jenna grew up loving visits to the dentist and getting her teeth cleaned. Thus grew her love for the dental field and desire to provide others with the same great experiences she's had and knows every patient deserves.

Jenna spends most of her free time making memories with her fiancé, friends, and family. She enjoys boating, kayaking, baking, and playing with her energetic German Shepherd, Finn.

Kate

Kate is one of our Patient Coordinators. She is either the first person to greet you as you walk in or the last to see you before you go.

Kate's goal is to ensure you're comfortable throughout your visit and that all your needs are met before you leave. You can expect her to always be cheerful and willing to help regardless of your individual need.

While not with patients she loves to be outdoors, hunting, fishing, going on hikes and playing sports. She is also a dog mama to Mya and Maddie. And when not outdoors with her pups loves spending time with her loved ones.

Brianna

Brianna is one of our friendly Patient Coordinators. With a degree in Human Resources, she understands the balance between taking care of people and doing what's right. Brianna has always had a love for the dentist, talking with people, and building meaningful relationships with those around her.

She loves to make people smile, even if that gesture is as simple as opening the door for them.

She spends most of her free time hunting, fishing, hanging out with her two best friends (mom and dad) and her boyfriend, and most definitely her Great Dane, Oscar and Labrador Retriever, Kent.

Kim

Kim has been a Dental Assistant since graduating from WDAS in 2019. She is extremely proud to be a part of such an amazing team of professionals and enjoys working in an environment that promotes continuous learning and innovation.

Kim also attended NMU school of art and design which gives her a keen eye for the esthetic side of dentistry.

While not in the office, Kim enjoys finding new adventures with her fiance, Jarrod. Kim loves spending time with friends, family and friends who have become family. Hopping on the motorcycle or catching a concert are just a couple of things that bring a big smile to her face. Kim appreciates the team aspect of bringing the best patient care possible here at Great Blue Dental.

Alayna

Alayna is new to the Dental field. She has had a passion to be in the field for many years before graduating high school and making her passion a reality.

Alayna has a great perspective on learning and it will always be an area where she grows herself and turns what she's learned into constantly caring for patients in the best way possible while staying up to date on the latest technology in our office.

Along with working at Great Blue Dental, Alayna loves to do many outdoor things. She is an avid lover of summer and all it has to offer. She enjoys boating, knee-boarding, kayaking, fishing and spending all the time possible with her family, boyfriend and friends.

Ella

A Dental Assistant by nature, Ella was drawn to the dental field by a passion to love other people through physical care.

Upon early graduation, she realized she was determined to continue her career of learning, which is exactly what she says Dentistry is - constant learning and evolution of prevention and customized care.

Since she was young, she loved visits to the dentist; they made it easy for her to be there and to create lifelong oral health habits. Her goal is to extend these same great experiences to our patients at Great Blue Dental.

In the future, she hopes to expand the functions of her role and become a Dental Hygienist.

Outside of the office Ella enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, playing guitar, and beng with her family. She's the oldest of 5 and loves hanging out with her siblings whenever possible.

Madison

Madison is one of our trained Dental Assitants who took a leap of faith when discovering her forever career.

Madison's passion for dentistry lies in her ability to make someone feel more confident about their smile in as little as one visit.

Madison's goal is to capture learn about what matters to the individual and turn that into results that will last and have an impact on our patients for many years to come. She loves seeing patients leave with a smile feeling like they've found their forever dental home at Great Blue Dental.

In her spare time, she loves a good game of cornhole, crocheting, and fishing. She spends most of her time with family, friends and soon to be husband!
